Christopher Wood is the Owner and CEO for HomeLab Property Management. He is an accomplished Manager offering over 16 years of professional experience with the last seven years focused on real estate, consultancy, and investment management. His focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, marketing, property evaluations/statistics, market conditions, and excellent customer service. He has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from startup investors to multimillion dollar companies. Christopher is known for being a change agent, problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader.
Christopher is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas who has managed and sold thousands of units. He is a Professional Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and recently obtained his Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation and Texas Residential Leasing Specialist (TRLS) designation. He also holds a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer License and six additional Real Estate Designations and Certifications as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) , Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
